Birth Packages

Comprehensive Package — Inquire for pricing

4 prenatal sessions: coaching & education, birth planning, “greening” your home for baby, ongoing email/phone support
On-call labor support starting 2 weeks before your due date
Continuous physical, non-medical comfort support, and informational/emotional advocacy throughout labor
In-hospital and in-home lactation support: first latch help, a 2-hour in-home consult, and 3 weeks of continuous phone/text support
1 in-home postnatal session (post-birth meeting, resourcing & referrals)
90-minute infant sleep consultation (phone/video)

Basic Package — Inquire for Pricing

2 prenatal sessions: coaching & education, birth planning, home prep, email/phone support
On-call labor support 2 weeks before/after your due date
Continuous physical comfort support and informational/emotional advocacy throughout labor
1 in-home postnatal session (processing/counseling meeting, resourcing & referrals)

Additional prenatal or postnatal sessions available for both packages: $120/2-hour in-person visit ([$27/hr phone or video — Comprehensive package only]).

Postpartum Support — Now Accepting Practicum Families

I’m currently completing my postpartum doula certification, which requires hands-on experience supporting real families — and you get to benefit from that training.

If you’d like standalone postpartum support (outside of a birth package above), I’m offering it at no service fee — you only cover accrued expenses (gas, mileage, etc.) — while I complete this certification.
